It's a good place for furthering your studies at university of Zululand.

The campus is closedstructure be and the infrastructure is degrading and poor service delivery and very slow progress

It's quite good a better place to stay I can say...

Was here for my studies

A university campus with great potential. Sited in a wooded, part of Empangeni 5 km from the N2. It's 26 km from Richards Bay. It's within the community and on the chief's land. I like the calm atmosphere of it, can really rise to great heights if marketed carefully.

The place is fantastic and chilled.

No that much remarkable. Buildings are not in a right manner. Some of the lecture halls have broken chairs of which is not right because at the end some students stand up during lecture and they loss concentration and in return that affect even the pass rate and the good name of the university.

Nice and serene environment. Comfy lecture rooms. Great staff members.

This is a review of the university of Zululand,in general, and kwadlangezwa in particular. The institutions buildings are old and not really maintained but seem to be built well. When it comes to the processing of information , it's very time consuming and needs server improvement. The academic staff is of a high caliber and take their jobs seriously. All in all its an undervalued institution of higher learning. With proper maintenance and upgrading it can truly be "the university of choice."

It's in a delapidated state... Management needs to change from the Rector etc..
