Unjani Clinic Langaville

The service I found at Unjani clinic at Langaville was poor and disappointing to see a behavior of a professional nurse wanting to be compensated to assist me when I will be paying for their services. I brought my child for random check up and left without being helped because I had skipped the appointment date given. Baby wellness clinic is R150 but she insisted it's R200. I told the nurse I came with only R150 and requested I use medical aid. Her response was that they don't accept Discovery medical aid, which I dont know if it's true or not. Bottom line is I was not serviced.

I was satisified,I went to put IUD the sister also adviced me to do pap smear and the whole process went well.

the place is good the service is good but they gave people contact details in the pamphlets and in google but when calling them they dont answer .so this is the bad thing about this clinic coz you cant even book for appointment or find information

The service is way better than what one would expect from a a government clinic and the staff seems to know what they're doing.

i was not satisfied due to that my mom went on Monday and she was told to come back on Wednesday if she is still not feeling well and she would not pay, on Wednesday she went back they required consultation fee again and then they gave her injection, antibiotics and other meds, my question is why they did not give her on the first visit or was it their way of making her come back?

The most useless medical facility i've been to, i had to wait for more than 2 hours to get medical attention, while they clean first, staff is late to work and the decency to call other people 1st that found you there, from my point of view it was the 1st time and definently the last time, the difference between a real doctor and these people is only R100 so let me stick professional medical doctors with Phd's

The clinic is very affordable although their way of relating with clients needs to be improved.

Took my son there izolo, I must say I received the best service and my son is way better ngiyabonga.

The service was very slow.
