A nice and quiet spot in the Killarney area. Very accessible to the main roads but manages to block out all of the noise of traffic with the thick and tall walls. The apartments themselves are lovely and spacious with a modern touch to their design. They're well-conditioned and a perfect fit for young professionals.
This place was so awesome. I'd stay again any day and it's my number 1 recommendation as a self catering accommodation.
The place is conveniently located on prime property, with amenities, malls and different important places within 5-10km's. The hotel offers a gym, swimming pool, prayer rooms, round the clock security and a coffee bar. Secure, safe, comfortable and convenient, it offers peace of mind alongside luxury and high amounts of satisfaction. I highly recommend a stay here, for business or pleasure. Killarney Mall nearby also offers a wide array of shopping stores, including clothing, take outs and groceries, making it an easy place to access for all your daily needs. With a garage down the road and nice views, Splice Riviera is a prime and excellent place to be at.

Is a beautiful space with lots of facilities like gym, coffee shop, bar, pool,braai area and laundry. Splice is always clean and safe I stay hear full time and my kids love it
