If you really care for your bike, take it here. Their service is the best out of all the bike shops I've been to and I've been to a lot. Exceptional service on the bikes, nothing is missed and the guys are just so friendly, Helpful and knowledgeable. I like the shop so much I even bought my new to me bike from there. All set up and first ride was next level! Do your sanity a favor and take your bike here. You will not be disappointed!

Great shop! I just rented 3 bikes for the 2020 Argus and was a bit nervouse because I had to pay 14,000 rand by wire transfer in advance. No worries! These guys took great care, very communicative and responsive all the way on WhatsApp. James and Cain were great - even after one of the derailleur hangers broke straight-off they got it fixed at the local bike shop for no charge. James made at least two trips to the place I was staying in Cape Town to drop-off saddle bags, CO2 and extra tires. Really top-notch service! I would absolutely recommend this business again when I return to Cape Town and I hope its very soon!

Thought I'd share my good experience with @Bike Market Sandton recently. I bought a Momsen GP300 from them a few weeks ago which was in great nic. They were very helpful and communicative, and I walked away pretty stoked. I only did two short rides but noticed a clicking sound during pedaling, which sounded like a seatpost/BB/stem that needed grease although it was clear they had freshly greased these interfaces. After a strip down and clean post ride #2 I realised that the problem was slightly more severe: I contacted them immediately thereafter, knowing that they offered a three month warranty on the frame. They immediately got back to me, asked me if I'd prefer that they collect the bike or if I'd be dropping it off for them to inspect and advise. There was initially a few days of delay in communication from their side, but they contacted me and updated me frequently thereafter. They had gotten hold of the original owner and was working with TWT to try and get a warranty replacement frame. TWT dragged their feet a bit, and eventually ended up offering a weld repair with a one year warranty, which Bike Market rejected even prior to consulting with me as it wouldn't result in me ending up with what they sold me. So, out of their own, they offered to strip down one of their other bikes, a Specialized Sequoia that was also my size, and have me pick and choose which parts from which bike I wanted to bolt to that frame. The Sequoia ostensibly had a more valuable frame, and they without hesitation accepted my wishlist and got to work. One of my requests was that I wanted to keep the GP300's wheelset much ligher than the Spez one, not realizing that the front wheels used different hub standards, necessitating that they rebuild the GP300's front rim onto the Spez's hub to get it to work. They didn't even mention this to me and just did it. I was lucky in that I ended up with the bike that I was actually looking for from the start. I ended up better off at the end of the day, and they went out of their way to accommodate me. I will for sure be knocking on their door should I be in the market for another bike, as they definitely added some very real value and aren't just acting as a middle-man and shifting bikes. Really great group of guys.
