08/12/2022. What does it take for a sewage leaks to get fixed. The worst part is that there are ward counselors on top of that street committee who are presume to be there to help yet we still get no service. I, personally even went to the offices of Uthukela Pieters was promised they'll arrive yet still no show. The sewage drainage is inside the yard leaking Feaces, the smell is horrible. Worse part is we living with elderly people who get sick easily .May this be fixed as soon as possible. eZakheni

please answer your phones. holding on for an hour just to get account balance. zero for Uthukela water accounts department. WE DONT GET THE MONTHLY STATEMENTS VIA POST THEN HOW DO YOU EXPECT US TO PAY THE ACCOUNT???????

I've been calling uThukela for a week without my calls being picked up by Reception. Today I tried again just before 9am and was on hold for close to 15 minutes in total holding for the accounts department. This is absolutely shocking and unacceptable. A whole week...

The water has been off for over 24 hours, this is unacceptable. My neighbours has an infant in the house and no water. And the receptionist that answer the phone with little to no emotion in her voice.

Some areas of Ladysmith do not have water 5 days a week for teh entire year. This has been happening for the last 5 years. No explenations have been provided.

Worst customer service ever. Employees in room 58 appear incompetent and are extremely rude who lack common courtesy.

I grew up there was born there its a very beautiful town
