I had a very poor experience with Van Der Berg Attorneys. I sought their services to help me with my divorce case, and Ben agreed to a payment plan that would allow me to pay off the fees in segments because of financial difficulties, I felt so grateful. However, from the start, I struggled to get any useful information from them, and their service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I have to drive to their office and demand answers. Despite my initial desperation for help, all I have to show for their service is a sense of loss and continued frustration. I still find myself having to constantly follow up with them to get any kind of response, and even when they do reply, it is often delayed and unhelpful. I still don't know what's going on in my own divorce. Overall, I would not recommend Van Der Berg Attorneys to anyone seeking legal assistance. Their service was extremely poor, and I feel like I wasted both my time and money in dealing with them.
Needed legal representation, did a google search in the area and found these guys. Ben had some good reviews so I made an appointment. I was not disappointed. Ben is friendly and professional. He attended to all my requirements efficiently, responded quickly to email enquiries. The case is still ongoing, but overall I'm quite happy with the service I'm getting.
