Worst experience ever!!. Property transfer took over 6 months and they we both Bond and Transfer attorneys. The seller ripped out the stove and various other items in the home and they did zero to resolve the situation. I had to find and pay for litigation lawyers... Once they were paid they were done. They even accepted expired documents from the seller. Stay away from these incompetent sloths.

Just received my title deed now, i should say the service they gave me is 100% the process was quick and smooth. I really appreciate your help guys i truly do. Sent a request via their contact form on their website and also called them two days later, requesting assistance/contact. Four days later, still no word from them. The secretary sounded rather unsure of her role or perhaps why I was calling. Not too sure that these positive google reviews are all legit. I surely will stay away if they dont even bother to call or mail back.

If it was not for the friendly young man that assisted us when we went in to sign the documents the whole experience would have been just terrible. Although these attorneys are quite competent as conveyers it is there lack of empathy that really stands out. As a seller I will definitely never use them again. Maybe they are too big but I do not need to deal with snotty switchboard girls and bossy typists. This was just not nice at all. I hated almost every minute I had to deal with them. They get 3 stars because they did eventually get the property transferred and there was one friendly and competent employee with whom we dealt.
