Van der Walt Dermatology

Dr Van der Walt is amazing at what she does but the receptionist is extremely rude and condescending .I have no idea if its because I was black or what...but she makes it extremly unbearable to want to even go back. I would suggest you change her.

Extremely poor service. Poor attitude from receptionist. They called me 10 min before appointment to cancel as the doctor couldn't make it? We rescheduled another day, waited almost 45 min. Was advised Doctor was late? No proper explanation given ?3 patients came after me but was attended to first. Couldn't wait any longer so we left.

Dr Van der Walt really helped me alot with my skin. During the lockdown with all restrictions, we did the telephonic consultation and ofcourse I was a little bit skeptical about it but if you can see my skin now?? From what it was ,you'll see that Dr really knows her job. Thank you once again Dir van Der Walg

Incredible service! I requested a telephonic consultation and the doctor contacted me that very same day with an incredibly informative session. The great service began from the very first inquiry; making those that work with and for the doctor just as exceptional.

My daughter were struggling with extremely stubborn acne from age 9. Dr van der Walt gave her new products and medication to use and I could see a difference from after 14days. I would recommend Dr van der Walt any time

The doctor is amazing at her work and I respect her so much.The problem is the attitude one gets from her front desk works.If you call and do not speak Afrikaans the call is ended instantly or placed aside

A very stinking attitude from the receptionist, she doesn't know how to speak to customers. Such a disappointment!!
