Efficient and they no their customers needs. Friendly approachable they more what they are selling willing to to extend their help. Make you feel needed and have very good understanding of their customer's choices.
Friendly and helpful staff
It’s is located down town. Bit difficult to find out the store. Off street parking, often you don’t get a space to park. It seems like they don’t update their stock regularly. Most of the staffs are friendly, while a few are not. They give instant reductions for learners, but you need to produce proof. Average experience.
Just left the store, East London branch. The guy there was not helpful, he wouldn't even open his mouth to respond, only head and eye gestures. Very rude and unprofessional, he once asked me to buy him something with my sbux voucher, which I did not. The two ladies there asked him to apologize, but he didn't. I'm not impressed at all. Thanx to the ladies, I didn't walk out
Drove all the way there only to be told the book couldn't be returned. Surely this is something that could be said on the phone? Not a great place in town to try to find parking. Specially considering the mix up was not my own, lucky I need the book next year.
Good service. Ordered a book and received it in 2 days while any other online order would have taken 2 weeks.
I haven't had many problems with Van Schaik. There was an annoying employee at some point but he still gave me everything I needed. You can buy bags, laptops, hard drives and a learner's license book there. It's very convenient for NSFAS students who have Intellimali or SBux. Payment for these students is quick and hassle free
