Van Schaik Bookstore MIDRAND

I been to a couple of bookstores before this, and they couldn't help me. But here, I got some of the book's I wanted. And they referred me to Church Street branch were I got sorted.

The assistant checked the books I required and odered them for me

Its a nightmare i really feel angry and fustrated. The customer service is very poor. I sent an email with my POP nobody responded until i called today thursday thats when the lady said she only received the email on wednesday imagine. Now they are telling me they dont have books they will get back to me Wow.

Poor/non existent customer service. Their phone mostly goes to a full voice mail box. When you do get through to them and they say that they will call you back, they dont do so. They never respond to emails. I paid for a book 2 weeks ago and I still dont have the book.

Clean and they have friendly staff Excellent service The place is situated inside the school. For first time users you need to ask security.

I'm so annoyed i drove all the way to the book shop today only to find it closed at 10:45 am .According to the website the book shop is suppose to be open till 01:00 pm today Saturday 11/04/2015. At the bookshops window they have a notice that the shop will close at 12:00 PM and Its 10:45 PM but there no one here .It take time and effort and money to get here . I lost studying time and spent money to get here and now this. Nx!! To management can you please make sure your staff are the store when they are suppose to be. As it is communicated on the website. Its highly inconveniencing to drive all the way here only to be met by shut doors when one could have gone to an alternative branch .This is highly unprofessional and annoying !!!!

I went there last week Friday and all the 6 books I was looking for were out of stock the lady who was assisting me promised to order the books for me and call me I gave her my numbers she promised to call on Monday and Todae it's Friday stll waiting,, I'm soo mad and sad for being lied too.

There was an hour wait for me to get to the from window to get the book I needed. Maybe I went at the wrong time, but it took forever and I think they only saw about 4 people in that hour. Got the book I needed at least.

The book shop is not user friendly because you can't go inside and look for the items you want. Everything is done over the counter. They also don't have all the books
