Unfortunately not a happy camper!bought a daniel klein watch at vangelas ,the watches face turned completely around in the face ,waiting over a month now,this morning I phoned to ask what's happening ,they only going to start replacing the whole watch inside now,this is a factory fault ,the watch should be replaced with a new watch,as I probably have to wait another month or 2 for the watch to be repaired,this is very bad customer service from vangelas jewellers and Daniel klein.And I get told they waiting to find out how much it going to cost to repair the watch and iam definitely not paying for a factory fault.

Genelle helped me expertly and very friendly. I will definitively go back there again.

Wanted to get piercings on sunday, she said I need to come back throughout the week. I went back there on Tuesday at 4:00 she saod the women doing the piercings had to go early so I Can't get it. VERY POOR. I expected better service.
