Some staff friendly, another guy couldn't of been less enthusiastic and less unhelpful if he tried, if you can go to the ramsgate branch, lady in there is very helpful and actually smiles

Great range of Vapes and liquids. They do deals if you buy more liquids. So many flavours. I love their blackcurrant, strawberry and raspberry. The staff are more than helpful. They give advice freely and are very easy to talk too. I walk out of my way to come here.

Second time I've arrived at half 4 on a weekday and they are closed, closing times Mon-Fri advertised as 5:30 please if you can't be bothered to stay open change your hours.
I am new to the vaping scene and visited most outlets within the area however, i must say Vaparettes outways all by far. This is only due to one of this places employees who is extremely helpful and polite The young man who wears a cap and glasses who works behind the counter most days. I suggest if anyone is new to vaping, go see this young man as he will help you chose the machine right for you. He will assist you if you need it , and go through all the varieties of juice available best suited for the type of machine you have and personal taste. To be honest the prices are the same regardless of the outlet what makes this shop different, is the exceptional customer service this charming young man brings to this shop.Well recommended.
