Well stocked, easy to use website and helpful sales consultant. Only place I've ever bought vape stuff from, and yes I did go to other vape shops, but i didn't end up buying anything them.

Bought an RTA and RDA sent the proof of payment via email. They told me that they did not receive the email with the proof of payment from the date and time I sent it. Got the product later and they gave me a free okayish e-liquid with the package.

This is an awesome shop and what an awesome team. I had capo squonk which had to be replaced, it was exchanged with no hassles and I would say the team went out of their way to assist the customer. I will be buying from VapeClub in the future and i'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for vape gear. Cheer guys.

Great place for all vaping needs. Well stocked and extremely friendly service from the owner. The benoni store is based in a residence but has been kitted out well. There is also the online store which is informative, easy to use and well stocked too. I went to get a few coils and juices... I must say that they were better priced as of this review than other stores I've been to both physical and online. Overall, its an awesome shop. If the drive out to Benoni is too far, then one can order online and get it delivered.

First time getting a vape and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Friendly staff member making suggestions and everything suggested was great. Wide selection of products.

I've been to a few vape shops and stalls and have found an obnoxiousness to the service in this industry. This is not the case here; I always feel welcome and well informed. The staff/owners are clued up yet give you their opinion without bashing the competition or products they don't sell. Until I find another shop which offers as good an overall experience as Vape Club Benoni, it's the only place I'll be going for all my vaping needs.

I would like to thank CJ of the Vape Club Benoni for the excellent customer service. He offered to replace the tank that I had bought from them. Very professional and helpful. Will definitely be supporting this vendor again.
