Poor poor service. Pathetic if you ask me. No customer service. Wil not recommend them at all. As I can't reply I'll just edit and give my reply here. Well they had no name tags and did not receive a slip so I can see who it was. It was a skinny guy average built and the a lady a bit bigger medium build would I say. They did not greet friendly or anything and it was like an issue for them to get up and help me and when I received my product my ejuice they bearly put it on the counter then rudly told me how much it is. Did not even ask me if I wanted more etc and I actually did wanted more but then I just thought I can't deal with rude services and decided to just take the juice
I use them mainly for online shopping but visited them physically once as well. They well stocked and if you blend your own liquids they the place to buy from for price and verity. They deliver timely and accurately. Their website works well to find what you looking for.
The guy helping me was not friendly or helpful at all. Felt like he just wanted to get rid of me. Very small variety, and had to try and see which flavours they had from 3 meters away as if I was going grab and run? There are places that don't just love vaping, but love vaping customers. Not here unfortunately.
1. Difficult to find - inside a DSTV installation shop. 2. No parking to speak of - I did not feel safe. 3. The customer service is poor. I do not appreciate having clouds of vape smoke blown in my face Would not recommend, do not bother.

I had an absolutely great experience at this Shop today. Yes it is small, but I was amazed at the professional, and super informative service I received. Thank you for your time today! Thank you for your excellent product knowledge and your PATIENCE. Well done!
Well stocked friendly staff but the shop closes way too early in the week they should be staying open till about 18H00 but close before 17H00 so the only real time to go is on a weekend if you are working you won't get there before they close.
