Vereeniging Standard Bank

Did wait Abit before got helped. But once we were helped we received good service

I wish to close all my accounts with this bank it reduced the capacity in Vanderbijlpark and which makes come to vereeniging where there only 1 teller 2 rude consultants and a manager that never has his name tag on I now hate standard bank I waited 1h:30 minutes

Posting this while in a que. Been standing for more than 3 hours just to collect my card. It's not that it's full, the staff is super slow!!!! Getting my driver's licence was a slow process, but that's better compare to this.

I've been waiting for more than an hour just to collect my card. Their system is always slow. Really Standardbank SA must do something.

Pathetic service at this branch. Only place where you get some sort of efficiency is at the info desk

They don't open on time as stated and staff standing outside chatting and laughing. Very low regard for customers personal time

Standard Bank Customer Service cant even give me a number for the Vereeniging branch. Both numbers they have don't even exist. How am I supposed to get hold of that branch???

Arrogant inquiry assistant told me to go wake up the dead lawyer to come and sign for the cash I wanted out of a Deceased Estate as the Executor.

Not good with service I got on top of that the security guards have attitude

Long queues bad customer service- but hey that's nothing new.
