• VHAFULURI HOLDINGS (PTY) ltd is a 100% Black owned company based in South Africa. As a holding company we have broad range of interests in the Mining, Financial, Properties, Civil Construction, Catering & Cleaning, and Exports & Imports.
• The company was founded by a Limpopo Province business entrepreneur, Mr KHATHUTSHELO ENOS MUNYAI. VHAFULURI HOLDINGS (PTY) ltd owns 100% shares of SONGOZWI OPENCAST MINING and LOGISTICS (PTY) ltd and also owns 100% Shares of RIARENDA CATERING AND GENERAL WORKS (PTY) LTD.
• We are aiming at expanding and intensifying our market focus in various selected investment spheres. VHAFULURI HOLDINGS (PTY) ltd is also aiming at growing its business interests beyond the borders of South Africa in order to become a widely respected investment powerhouse.
• Our role in the businesses or enterprises we invest in is to add customer values and business support by encouraging initiative at all levels.

1.1 EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

1.1.1 Mr. KHATHUTSHELO ENOS MUNYAI - EXCECUTIVE CHAIRMAN:
He started his working career in the Construction projects within his community; Swimming pool industry; Taxi driving; Sales & Marketing, and then moved to the Mining Sector where he gained extensive mining experience. He is also the Co-founder and Director of Songozwi Opencast Mining and Logistics (PTY) ltd
He is holding a Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Export and Imports Diploma, and currently studying for a Degree in Business Administration.

1.1.2 Mrs. FRANCINAH MUTHELO MUNYAI - FINANCIAL & ACCOUNTS MANAGER:
She is holding a Diploma in Financial Management, and another Diploma in Computer and Secretarial. Mrs. Munyai worked as a Receptionist, Clerk, Teacher and a Lecturer within the Department of Education in South Africa. She is also a Director of Songozwi Opencast Mining and Logistics (PTY) ltd and Riarenda Catering & General Works PTY LTD.

2.1 CATERING PROJECTS: Preparing food; Providing Service Staff; and Decoration of Event Locations and Clean-up.
2.2 EVENTS MANAGEMENT: Decoration; Weddings; Graduations; Religious & Cultural Ceremonies; Farewell Parties; Birthday Parties and other private events.
2.3 CLEANING SERVICES: Residential Homes; Industrial Sectors; Government Sectors; and Private Offices.
2.4 GARDEN MAINTENANCES: Residential; Complexes; Estates; Government; and Corporate Business Parks.

* VHAFULURI HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD owns MCKENOS INTERNATIONAL TRADING (PTY) LTD that specializes in Export Management; Export Trading and Import/ Export Merchant. We export and import from Agricultural products, Mining & Farming Equipment, Textile and many more!

5. Panel Beating & Dealership:

* VHAFULURI HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD ownes 50% Stake at N1 NORTH PANELBEATERS & DEALERSHIP (PTY) LTD, with Mr. ELIAS MURAGA LETHLALO owning the remaining 50% stake.
N1 North Panelbeaters & Dealership PTY LTD deals with panelbeating, Spray painting, Car & Parts dealership.

Vhafuluri Holdings PTY LTD owns 100% of shares at WISEFIN MICROFINANCE & BUSINESS SERVICES PTY LTD, offering the following services:

1.1 FINANCIAL SERVICES:

 PAYDAY LOANS (R100.00 – R5000.00): For emergency purposes like bus fare, car breakdown, traffic fines etc: Employees and pensioners, depending on loan size, customers' credit, and other risk factors.
 SMALL FINANCE LOANS (R15 000.00): Primarily made to low-income individuals for consumer purchases and micro-entrepreneurs for business-related expenses. Business owners buy inventory and consumers purchase domestic appliances, such as refrigerators or stoves etc.
 MEDIUM LOANS (R120 000.00): Primarily made to business owners; Crockery and cutlery clubs (Women groups: their clients are stokvel farewell, funerals, weddings & many more functions), and home owners. They purchase inventory and/or capital investments like machinery—freezers, sewing machines, or power tools etc, and home owners uses it for debt consolidation, education, home improvement, holidays or to purchase new furniture etc.
 SMALL-MICROFINANCE LOANS (R150 000.00): It is mainly issued to individual entrepreneurs, small business owners, groups of women, and cooperatives. These loans assist business owners graduating from small loans and growing owner-operated businesses seeking to expand. Extensive due diligence and more rigorous guarantees are required.
 MICROFINANCE LOANS (R500 000.00): Primarily made to business owners for debt consolidation, and business expansion. It is also used by taxi owners to purchase new vehicles and farmers to purchase farming equipment. These loans assist business owners graduating from small markets to more competitive markets. Extensive due diligence and more rigorous guarantees are also required.
 SAVINGS: For small business owners, clubs, societies and stockvel: NB- Partner with bank or post office and money must be easy to access when needed etc
