I usually get excellent service here, and use this store a lot. It is brilliantly managed, with value for money products. However, I did have my first negative service experience when trying to do a SIM swop. More clarity was needed when calling to see what to bring along, and the service person that day needed better communication/customer service skill, and to put up her darn mask!

Took my TV there last week. And they told me they couldn't fix it, its beyond damage and I had to pay for labour. It's been there for over 2 weeks. Today I called a local person who fixes TVs for a living, and he did it under an hour. He said they needed to install LED light and that was it, anyone could have done it. I think they need to hire people who can actually do the job. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service. I almost bought a new TV for nothing. DO BETTER VIDEOTRONIC STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.

Grahamstown client call in, she has a problem with on of the extra view connections, she has a isp Internet service provider install dstv, now video tronic says to client the Internet service provider must fix the duel view issue, now my question is how must a Internet company know how to fix a dstv company's issue.. Not the first horrible service story I have heard move your dstv to Gary's at least you get service better than this company. Negative 2 for service in my eyes..
