Equipment is good. Location good. But staff, although friendly, aren't helpful most of the time. You report gear not functioning some literally just needs a battery change and you need to wait for someone to come from lunch or some simply just tell you they can't do it now but offers no other solution like asking onsle of their colleagues etc.
A week ago I started at the gym.I like it.There's one thing that's irritating me.People are using 2 or more machines at the same time. Now you have to wait for them to finish.And they still get annoyed...Please...
The equipment is outdated and not the best to use for example, the quad maschine was a pain to use compared to other gym's quad extentions. The music was aurpirisingly nice unlike the cliché bad gym music.
Excellent Gym‍ with all the equipment you need...bonus is the pool and steam area...
The service is super... I was knee on town but they made my gyming experience the best one.. I give them 10/10...

Lovely environment to work out in - it's hygienic and the staff are very friendly- however - many of the cable machines are out constantly out of order. Their admin team lacks a lot. I have been waiting for them to contact me for 6 months about a discrepancy on my membership- after continuously following up and leaving my details with various members of staff. They eventually ended up terminating my membership due to this discrepancy without informing me. I rate them 1/5 for their admin team and 3/5 for their facilities.
Simply stunning professionalism and quality trainers and well mannered staff
I don't refer this gym to anyone, especially females. My girlfriend has been a member of this gym for a while now and has been constantly harassed and kept out of her workouts by personal trainers of this gym. She has repeatedly told them that she has a boyfriend but they insist on asking her questions about her personal life and trying to get her number to "come to personal one on one classes". Apparently this has been a problem for her for a while now, but has gotten increasingly bad over the last month, so much so that in the last 7 days of gym she has only exercised a total of +-60 minutes, walking into the gym to warm-up, only to be harassed after the first 10 min and feel so anxious and scared that she'll rather decide to leave and exercise at home. Gym is supposed to be a safe space and a place to clear your mind, not a place where you are scared to go without your boyfriend. This is unacceptable.
