The facility is clean and the pool is in good condition. Staff is super helpful especially for beginners- would recommend Kgosi. Just wish the wifi didn't go off during load shedding.

One of the worst Virgin Actives in the country, they just close when they feel like it. They do not compromise for they clients and the equipment is years out of date. Would not recommend at all.

Even when there is water they close it, no any lasting plans for electricity

Equipment is very outdated and old. Treadmills are in very bad condition. Staff were friendly and helpful, pool is also in good condition.

I spent about ten hours at Vigin Active. It's a cool and welcoming fascility, with well skilled and friendly staff. Even in this hard times of Covid19, this fascility is still uplifting it's standard by adhering to the Governments Regulations on Covid19. Keep up the good work for the betterment of healthy future Ishmael.

Apparatus and classes are clearly socially distanced. Sanitisers for equipment and for personal use are readily available. The staff ensure that everyone wears their mask when walking around between exercises. The cleaning staff are very thorough.

Thevswimming pool is amazing! The furst floor equipment is great but second floir equipment needs maintenance and up. Which needs to do regularly and done professionally. They can take a page from fitness factory in Taiwan to be the best

Really Bad!! When there is loadshedding, there is no ventilation. You would think a big company like Virgin Active would have big generators or solar.
