•You sign an open mandate agreement to protect your and our interests
•We arrange a time to visit to take details of your property as well as photos
•We prepare the advert for your home and send you a proof
•Once you have approved, we publish on the major property websites within 24 hours
•We make viewing appointments at times convenient to you and the buyers
•You show them around and answer any questions they may have
•If the buyer wants to make an offer to purchase, let us know and we will take it from there
ONCE THERE IS AN OFFER:
•We talk to both you and the buyer about the offer, then we send an offer to purchase agreement to the buyer
•Once completed and signed by the buyer, we forward the offer to purchase agreement to you
•We offer you our professional opinion with regards to the offer to purchase
AFTER YOU ACCEPT AN OFFER:
•We send the signed offer to purchase agreement to the bond consultant (if needed) and the conveyancing attorneys of your choice who draw up all the legal documentation
•We have great conveyancing attorneys and bond consultants we work with on a regular basis, should you wish to utilise their services.
•We liaise with you, the buyer, the conveyancing attorneys and the bond consultant / bank and keep in touch with everyone offering a great after-sales service
