Vitri's Manufacturing Jewellers

Very satisfied with Vitri's Jewelers. Perfect engagement ring made by David as well as a wedding band - I can not thank them enough. They pay so much attention to detail and they are so friendly.

This past week I found out that Vitri's has closed down permanently and according to the automated sms message I received, they have immigrated to Canada. They were one of a kind jewellers and will sorely be missed.

I have been a satisfied customer of Vitri’s Jewellers for 15 years. Staff go above and beyond normal expectations to satisfy and deliver unique, extraordinarily made custom pieces. Specific attention is always paid to detail and quality workmanship. I especially appreciate their openness and honesty and enjoy that they endeavor to establish a personal connection to their customers - not like branded retail stores where you are just a wallet. I have been and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone, in fact, every time I wear one of their pieces either custom-made, or bought from stock people compliment it.

I find the negative review on Vitri's Manufacturing Jewellers interesting. One must question the reason that the writer, Ms. Millisa Naidoo, took her jewellery to Vitri's for repair rather than returning it to the original manufacturer who sold her the item. One wonders whether she had a dissagreement with that business as well? I have only seen good reports on the friendliness of the staff at Vitri's Jewellers and the excellent quality of the work that they produce. One should not be influenced by the negative reporting of one unhappy customer who may have been the problem in this case.

Unsatisfactory customer service & ethic Extremely rude and unfriendly people to deal with Delayed service times. Workmanship is below average. Suggestion : Rather use an established Jewelry brand to avoid the returns & dealing with the unsatisfactory experience and service.

Awesome service, always leave happy. So sad they are closing, but happy for their new adventure.
