Very poor service. Wasted my time going there. Lady at the counter was obviously not happy to be working so was of absolutely no help.

Not a very good place when you want home routers. I wish there was a better option. Your level of communication is very poor its ironic that you are a network provider.

The lady who assisted me was not very friendly and you could see she got upset when you ask too many questions. Also I have been waiting for feedback now for more than 5 days as she promised to keep me up to date. The telephones are always engaged. I tried to phone now for the past half an hour.

Orderd phone the 3rd of August 2017 its now the 14th they've had a total of 7 working days so far and my phone is still on back order since 2013 every time i order a new phone i end up waiting 2-3 weeks they do give good service but not much helpfull when you ask them about a time frame they just say they dont know they'll let you know the next day and end up not contacting you at all so thats not verry good customer service and if you call them once every 3 days just to ask if they've heard anything they develop a attitude
