Website says store opens at 8:30am, they refuse to open the doors until 9am, staff is very rude and not helpful at all!
Unfortunately this store has the worst customer service. It's been 3 months since I have been battling with mobile wifi. I have called on numerous occasions, consultant KHAYA is never available, does not respond to mail or calls. I even visited the store few times but no luck. I was only offered a contract of ongoing lies. Khaya, you not an honest person. Your ongoing empty promises are sadly unpleasant and unprofessional. You making me pay for something I do not want. It is unfair to render a disservice to existing clients and potentially new clients whom I would recommend to visit another vodacom store that offers a service with integrity and honesty. Your assistance and response is always deplorable. Your store is either filled with clients waiting to be assisted or a store where consultants are laying their arms and head on the service table - how unprofessional!
Gave me solidly incorrect information about when I could upgrade that cost me money.
I was told to wait for a consultant in the quee and I waited for over an hour until I ended up leaving without having been assisted. The staff there just doesn’t care and it’s like you are annoying them when you need assistance.
Worst queues anywhere, only 2 people assisting with the “important stuff” like sim swops, new contracts and probably everything other than tech issues. One person on the till, and 2 “floaters” seemingly being able to do nothing else except tell people to stand in the same queue for “actual” help that I stood in for more than 20 minutes. And this 4 days before Christmas.
Horrible Horrible customer service. This guy from yesterday table 2 he didn't even want to save us . His response when I wanted to buy Z flip 4 was out of this world he said I don't afford it lol all I needed was a phone with good camera you don't even know my bank account you tell me I can't afford it cash when I tell you I can . Gidian and Michael from table to 2 they didn't even want to get out to explain the phones to us looking at us down even told us they will close soon so I need to leave I kept my cool all the time but I was hate or they are told white people are the ones who have money , am saying this because when I arrived they a white man was yelling at them for bad service as well I ended up buy the oppo 7z for 11699 cash still that guy didn't want to help I asked lots of questions about the phone he didn't answer one thing he lied about was that the phone has wireless charging. When I got home the phone is not supported by wireless charger. Why lie to me to sell something I had a big reason why I wanted a wireless charging phone .I don't want codes in my car , my car has a wireless charger but now what do I do with this phone .I called back Vodacom and no one can help me . Really if Vodacom is like this I will never go back or even recommend it from today own I hate it. Vodacom should give all their salesmen mandatory training so that they don't give us unwanted attitude as well they should know their job and not bring home stress they need the training definitely as well they should stop giving wrong information we are buying these phones vodacom is not giving us charity simple. I know am not the only customer they have this why they will ignore me and not do anything because they ABSOLUTELY DONT CARE .
I wanted a technical matter attended to this morning. I was first told that the technician will only arrive at 10:00. I returned after 10:00 to be told that no technical support is available today and that I should go to another store. I find it unacceptable that such a negative and rude attitude and inability to assist by store assistances become acceptable at a big centre store
The worst customer experience on the face of the earth.
I called vodacom about a large debit order and they confirmed that a contract was fraudulently open at cresta vodacom mall, those guys working there are criminals. I even tried calling there and they hang up. I have reported to fraud department, they are also useless. They are trained at their head offices. Mafia organisation. They open contract and send devices to thier cartel and Bill us.
No one ever answers your phone!
