I normally use the Gateway store but tried the Durban North outlet as it was closer and more convenient for me. Brett the staff member that attended to me provided me with exceptional service. I would recommend that you deal with him for superior service for your needs.

Bought yet another device from my favourite cell phone store and provider, Vodacom Durban North. Service quality always been fantastic, staff friendly, enthusiastic which is difficult to come by. Great energy to resolve issues and fantastic location.

DO NOT support this store - rather go to another Vodacom store. They looking for a quick buck and scammed my elderly mother with the wrong advice and gave her half the minutes and a terrible phone. When I realised that they took advantage, I told my mom to return the phone unopened which she did in less than 24 hours but this slimy bunch went and opened the box and refuse to help her with a better contract. Vodacom says that its up to the store to honour the contract change but they refusing to help which I find disgusting. What I find most sad is that my mother has been a customer of Vodacom for 20 years, but this has now resulted in her cancelling the contract with Vodacom and fighting this as it is now a legal issue. CPA protests consumers from shoddy salesmanship and store leadership so I plea to anyone reading this to fight this store as we know that we are not the only people they have done this to.

Excellent customer service on any issue . These guys know their stuff. Went to another vodacom store and that guy was clueless not here I was storted out in 5 minutes. Highly recommended
