Worst service ever, went to the store to do a sim swap as I lost my phone the consultants couldn’t assist me they said I need to do it myself while vodacom customer care advised all shops should assist with sim swap now I don’t even know if I’ll be able to get my old number as customer care number also couldn’t assist

Worst vodacom branch ever, consultants made me wait in line an hour just for them to port my simcard. While other consultants were busy on their phones. Not happy with the service there at all

I give the place 5 stars simply because of Patrick one of the sales staff, his service to me was quite amazing, I always go back to this vodashop simply because all of the staff are great,the voda4u i have always had terrible experience ask for Patrick he will take time and explain to you with a smile and show you dummies and various options and won't push you to hard to buy things you don't need. He understands sales is about the customers needs. Well done sir you are a treasure to that place.
