They are quick before you give them your money, after that they don't care. on 10 October 2022, i had a punch only to find that the dealership did not give me the lock nuts for the wheel. when i called them they did not even have it. Josias Smuts the manager is incompetent, he promise to fix the wheel now he is refusing even telling me i can go call ombudsman, i spend 5hrs on the side of the road waiting for his assistance, and i am now receiving a horribly service form them. They also gave me a malfunctioning spare key, and small size spare wheel.

Had fantastic service from Tshepo at McCarthy Arcadia. I was considering other options from Chery and Toyota whose feedback I am still waiting for until today by the way. Tshepo had me in a new car in a matter of days. The type of service that one rarely finds these days.
