I was assisted by Nhlanhla Vuma at Polokwane Vw, the most humble and generous person. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle at Polokwane Vw. The service was super excellent!!! I am happy with everything...keep it up Nhlanhla

I used to have my cars serviced there but sadly not anymore due to the unprofessionalism and the rudeness of a specific lady in the service department. She even made me think that Volkswagen Polokwane instructed their service advisors to loot from their customers by 1. Convincing customers to replace unnecessary parts 2. Performance a shoddy workmanship especially towards the last services covered by service plans so that major parts can be damaged. Well luckily I’m not a happy client at Volkswagen Mokopane residing in Polokwane. I will never recommend anyone to ever take their vehicles to Volkswagen Polokwane for service or anything for that matter. They will financially rip you off if not done so already.

Great service from thier friendly staff at parts Mr Mabasa and Mr Frans also not forgetting Oom Deon the service advisor.

Lovely lovely service from point of entry, until the service desk.. The new policy to have one person transported per service I get, but feel it is not fully compatible for some of us.I think it can be modified a bit to treat unique cases I had to bring in the car for service on behalf of my partner who is pregnant. She had to come in with me as well for doctor's visits. We couldn't be accommodated ["as they can only transport one person"] and I felt like the sales people were stuck up on a rigid system. Not all of us stay in Polokwane, and it is an inconvenience to hear such words..Keep up the good work though

Went there looking for copy of certificate of Registration going back to 2017 and i was helped as if im buying a brand new car again no hussle no fuse tnx vw
