Vuma Office Supplies

I sent an RFQ via the website on 24 November. On 28 November I was updated after I followed up that they are waiting for their suppliers and that my quote is not yet ready. On Monday 12 December I sent an email to the info email address, stating that if I do not receive a quote by 15 December then I presume that I will not be receiving one. I have not received a quotation via email, nor is there one on my profile on the website. This is absolutely pathetic service. I received really good service in the past, but my RFQ has essentially been ignored. Don't bother to contact me about this post, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very poor. It is the 10th of January 2023 and the voice on the phone says they re-open on the 4th of January. It is already past 8:00 am and they still do not pick up their phone. Customer service has gone down with this company.
