I had such a great experience with Vumatel. There service was really amazing. The teachian was at my home 45 minutes early. They were well prepared and very quick to install the fiber. They are very neat and tidy. They even offered to clean up everything after doing the installation. My fiber was activated in 20 minutes. The connection is great and i have no issues. Well done and keep up the excellent work.

When our ISP said we didn't have fiber in our area I ran into Simon on the property and spoke to him about the matter. Simon spent majority of that evening with me getting the matter resolved and our fiber was sorted within two days. We went from waiting two months to the issue being resolved in two days! Absolutely incredible service received by Simon and the Vumatel team. Very happy customer.
I am very surprised. I have never experienced such poor service delivery with Vumatel & Vox in the past. The call centre agents are excellent - however, I ordered my fibre installation on 21 December 2022. We are moving into the second week of February 2023 and my home still has no connection. I would suggest working on Customer Feedback - and paying attention to matters in need of escalation. It would create clarity and peace of mind in a household that relies on connectivity to earn a stream of income.
The most shocking customer service I've ever experienced. The fact that you make it SO difficult to contact you is unbelievably problematic. I was advised that my fibre would be live today and now it's going to take 48hrs. No communication. I constantly have to email the Vumatel contact for updates. That is NOT my responsibility. I am your client, you need to keep ME updated on the status of my service. You have a 2.1 trust index rating on Hellopeter and 2.2 stars on Google - is this not telling? Have you no shame? You really need to reassess your business model because it is NOT working. I have never been so livid.
Fibre line was chopped by garden service on Friday late. Notified my ISP and Vumatel called on Sunday and arrived to locate and repair break. 2 technicians were polite in sharing their instructions with each other and unobtrusive in their service. Line restored 100%
Vumatel terminated our contract on the instruction of someone who is completely unknown and unrelated to my family and I. They never once contacted the actual account holders, never sent anything in writing, just cut off the Internet and when queried about the lack of connectivity, shied away. We're up to date with our payments, and always have been; yet have been robbed as a result of unethical business dealings. Do not consider them as a viable ISP.
I got the best service from one of the technicians at Vumatel. His name is Simon and honestly, if I could give him a raise myself, I would. Simon went above and beyond to assist me and everyone else in my complex. Even on his day off. Truly a gem! I hope all Vumatel staff is like Simon.
If there is another fibre line provider reading this, this is for you. I think you’d have great success in going after the areas Vumatel already has, because they’re so bad at their job they don’t even want to assist install fibre to homes to make money. For 2 weeks me and Cool Ideas have been trying to contact them. It’s like they want to shut down. I will literally throw my money at you. Please save us. Edit to reply: I sent emails, messaged and contacted you long ago; all you say is “a technician will contact you shortly”. Maybe don’t worry about automated replies as much as you worry about getting things done.
I just moved in and it would be easier to move out again than to work with Vumatel. Two weeks and three visits later and nothing. All I hear is that things are being escalated but at this point my issues are with God things have escalated so high. When they come to install they send activation people or come without the required tools. When you do actually have a number they lie and say they will come today and then suddenly no one answers your calls anymore and I have no choice but to have Vumatel do it. When they supposed to install they try activate and now that all that is needed is to activate we are still waiting. Customer service doesn't help IF you can get through and its all just lies about how they will be coming today, everyday, for over a week
