This originally ended up under another profile of mine: I've lived in Port Elizabeth most of my life, and only recently found out where the actual Ellies outlet was. Oh, before I continue, the shop assistants say that they are at 5 Robert Street, even though Google has it as 11 Robert Street. Moving on, they are easy to get to; very affordable; and the staff are customer friendly. Showing them a few photos, they knew exactly what we needed and put it together for us aerial connection adapter. We are so happy, because it saved us from buying unnecessary parts and spending more money than needed.

I came out with a mediocre service experience from the sales gent. The only interactive person was the security guard, he even showed me the product and told me the price.

Very disappointed. Phoned for a open view remote. Was informed they had stock. Only to ride all the way for nothing. Bad service

Terrible experience , from a staff member CASEY selling me an Inverter set up valued at R12650 with the incorrect information only for me to find out once getting home to install that the product did not match the description and then awaiting a refund that I was told will take 10 working days . In addition I was told to buy another cable at the value of R180 that was not needed and was already supplied with the item . Due to the lack of Casey’s knowledge I’m suffering from the inconvenience and stress . Poor form

The experience was 100 %. Would definitely return there

In Port Elizabeth terrible service. Cashier makes us wait while speaking on his CELLPHONE , is rude and throws product at us. Name starts with V. Vuyo or something.

Very helpful and friendly service from staff and management. They will see that you get the best package for your needs.
