Terrific service! Funeral Director Sue went the extra mile to help in the replacement of a memorial stone on my mother's grave, which had been stolen. Great value for money with all staff giving prompt help at every turn.

They were a great help and aid during the funeral arrangements. They assisted in everything we needed them to and didn't pressure us to use services we didn't need. At no point were we uncomfortable or overwhelmed.

Very kind and professional team.  They took care of everything which made it a lot easier on our family, as losing someone close to you is not something I wish on anybody.  The only thing I wish we would have insisted upon upfront is a cost breakdown / quote so we knew what we were in for.  The final bill was quite a surprise.

Thank you x a million is all I can say to 1st ave funeral home they came out after hours on new years eve. They were at my door within a half an hour of being called. They treated my mother with utmost respect and I experienced only top notch professional service and care and consideration I would not ever use another service provider. Thank you Sue and team

Very dissapoined that they refused to come out to collect my mother's body at 10pm when they advertise they are open 24hrs!! Disgraceful. They obviously don't need the business.
