Was very awesome going there. Staff are so good at what they do and very helpful. Thanx guys.
Well stocked medium to large size hardware store. Knowledgeable staff who are very helpful. Also stock timber and building material. Nice little hot dog vendor situated outside next to the garden section. Never seems to be busy. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing though.
Dont shop here. Was here the other day have found this store in disgraceful state and not much stock it's sad to see one of the old good stores rundown and in such a shamble also when I asked staff about why store was going down he was cheeky and said it's on the way up. Laugh out loud if the previous owners could see what has become of this store they would cry it is a catastrophe . Absolutely shameful.i grew up with my parents shopping in this store and I myself have shopped here for more than twenty years. This is not the place to shop beware of high prices and little stock .
I recently bought Balau wood and other materials for a project I was doing. The service was great , even though they were short -staffed in the board cutting department. It was a good overall experience as the many I have had to date.Wardkiss is a first choice for me-They have a wide range of products and this store is highly recommended. They also have an awesome cafe.
I always loved this store, but since the new owner took over, the store has improved four fold. Service is excellent, selection is epic, not the cheapest but worth the little extra for the fact that I get good advice and wide choice. Staff are very friendly.
Good service. Price a little bit more than it should be. Great take away outside with great food. Well worth a try when you are in the area. Parking up the ramp. A one stop hardware stop.
Depressing, have not visited my favourite store in a while. Re-organised layout but stock levels low and missing critical items. Could not purchase anything I went for, rodent poison, tap washers - out of stock!
I went in to Wardkiss on Saturday and received good advice from Frank. I went in today Tuesday to purchase what I was advised. Unfortunately Frank was not there. The servise I received was absolutely shocking nothing like Saturday. I then went to builders express in Greyville, sorry but will not be going back..do not need to be made too feel like an idiot In front of others.
Can't quite put my finger on it but the Store feels like its lacking a certain vibe not Staff related. The Wardkiss Café is still a decent spot to hang out miss the Wors rolls though.
Glad to see a gardening section with a wide range of lovely plants. Sad though to find that the Arts and Crafts section is now closed. Otherwise a good place to shop with ample parking. Wide range of products as well
