Six of went to Wasabi for lunch today. Had a very dissappoing time. Drinks took 25 minutes to get to us as they said they only had one barmen as if that is an excuse. The meals took so long mine was served in a take away container as I had to leave to attend a meeting. The waitress seemed to have too many tables to attend to us efficiently. Very, very poor Wasabi. That is NOT what we expect.
The quality has declined but the sushi is still relatively decent. Service is a bit lacklustre. The empty restaurant at lunch shows this.
Really not surprised that this place went under. It was very trendy but the sushi was really nothing special.
An excellent sushi place. I enjoyed it very much but it is a little pricey compared to other sushi spots.
