Our one dog lost a lot of weight and our other dog left with kennel cough which was not told to me or communicated. I was told I can ask for updates and I was told everything was fine but clearly not when I collected my dogs. I will not recommend or use again.
Overall experience has been good with Richard and Carol throughout the years. Strict health protocols, easy pick-up and drop-off, well priced.
Absolutely . This was the first time my dogs have been at a Kennel and I can honestly say Richard and Carol were amazing. They really made me feel at ease. The set up is clean and tidy, the staff are incredible and it gives you peace of mind that your babies are well looked after. And what a nice feeling when you fetch them and they are washed. I can highly recommend them. Thank you for the care and kindness in looking after my dogs. Much appreciated

Not happy at ALL. Fetched our cat today and she has dropped a ridiculous amount of weight. She has stayed at other Kennels before and had no issue eating. If she hadn't been eating, then no communication was sent to us which leads me to believe she was not being fed. She is very, very distressed. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Our cats were well taken care of and I really appreciated the updates on how our boys were settling in. Thank you Richard and Carol.
Our dogs were very happy here , well as happy as they could be alongside missing home. They were healthy and fit when we collected them after a month's stay and the owner Carol is a superstar.
Been taking my friends African Grey Parrot here for over 20 years. Super friendly staff and only a pleasure to leave him here.
