Truly an amazing place to chill and have a drink with friends and family. The vibe is awesome and the live entertainment is stunning. They have great specials on their drinks and the Lavida Vodka and Luxo gin is the best.

Now this is a place you spend all night. Love the vibe and LOVE Johannes!! Ouma too!

Good Party venue... clean and well maintained.

Terrible, lazy and ignorant staff. Takes twenty minutes to order a drink. About another half hour to order food. Owner is not much help in resolving issues either. Also, for some reason, patrons have to open the gate to let customers in as it seems the staff are too lazy to do so.

Nice place, nice atmosphere, plenty to due and friendly patrons

What a pleasant surprise. Wow, professional staff, excellent service. We had a baby shower there. Special thanks to the owner, the staff, Cynthia, Mkulu Oupa and Sam. It is definitely a venue that I will recommend. I seldomly rate any place this high but Die Watergat with all the staff are professional, all was clean, sanitized and the vehicles kept safe. What a wonderful experience. Go visit them, you will not be disappointed.

This is our get together place we love it

This is probably the cleanest pub and grill in the East Rand. The service behind the bar is excellent, and the prices very reasonable. We spent a lovely afternoon there, with lots of friendly people. Also a great venue for live music.
