I went to change my hard drive from HDD to SSD, the service was astoundingly quick and efficient, it helps a lot that you always speak to a technician who understands precisely what your issues are. Excellent!!!

Got a charging port replaced as requested but they broke off two keys from the keyboard in the process, now i have to get a new keyboard also, No attempt was made to fix it or apologize - EDIT: Owner very kindly replaced the keyboard, i Understand accidents do happen, Thank you for the good Customer service
