This was the first big purchase I've ever made! I couldn't find the same product for a better price in South Africa. Ordering was quick and easy. I received the parcel earlier even than the time window indicated on the order! I was kept up to date with the status of my order and all communications were very professional and prompt. Thanks!

This company is a SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them. After ordering a tablet which was clearly marked "in stock", two days after making payment and sending proof of payment, I was informed that they had no stock left. I immediately requested a refund. I was then offered different products in an attempt to "up sell" me something else. I again made it implicitly clear that I wanted a refund immediately. It has now been more than 7 days since I have requested a refund and I still do not have my money back.  What is going on at this company that they cannot issue a refund. These guys are con artists that will steal your money.

5 Star Service received from Greig at WebAntics. I ordered a gaming laptop late yesterday afternoon, received the delivery this morning at 10am. Great communication throughout the process. They had the best price in the country on this laptop, cheaper than Takealot or other competitors and the service and delivery exceeded my expectations!! I will most certainly be doing business with them again.

I got the product - everything was intact. BUT I paid for delivery that Takealot would not charge for, the purchase was worth more than R1000 AND the delivery guys made me drive out in traffic to go pick up my router from them because they got lost!!! I might as well have just gone to the shop any electronic device shop and purchased it myself!!!  If you want cheap products, perhaps you will find gems on their site positive but it comes with cheap service good luck

Run for your life! Sold me a faulty product Sticky space bar. I didn't pick up the issue in the 48hrs after delivery It was a gift for my father so no replacement. Returned for repair. Poor customer service. Had to regularly follow up to find out what was going on. In the end, wasn't repaired. Still dealing with the sticky space bar. Was returned to me with the power cable missing, had to drive out to collect. Do yourself a favour and buy from a company with a customer-friendly returns policy e.g. Takealot.

An array of products, stock availability and payment options was simplified by the online chat in less than 4mins! Delivery of products in 2 days only held up by me not expecting courier to be so quick - final attempt at 7.30pm successful. thank you.

I have bought various items from Webantics over the last two years ranging from very small to large costly items like a Cintiq 24HD. I have found their service excellent and they have also help me with technical advice.They are certainly cheaper than other options I have explored and delivery is prompt and I often receive my orders within 24hours from when they are dispatched despite not living in a major centre. They also have the very latest technology in stock . I can highly recommend this company.

I have been fighting with this company for two weeks just to return my money. Disgusting service. Did not have the goods as advertised. Stay away from this devious company. Many of their "positive reviews" seem too generic and are obvious fakes to boost their ratings.

Horrible Experience! I purchased an Asus Laptop and it came with a faulty Touchpad. Web antics and Their supplier refuse to replace it; they are insisting that there is nothing wrong with it!  There are multiple clips on YouTube of people experiencing the issue and their supplier have sorted it out! There are people who purchased the same model on Amazon who also experienced the same issue and Amazon replaced or fixed their laptop, Yet Webantics and their supplier insist that that’s how the touchpad works! I couldn’t cancel the order and return the laptop because I requested an upgrade on the hard drive and RAM and webantics policy refuses to accept customised purchases.
