Great place to rent or buy dresses or outfits for weddings or other dates. Booking is essential! Take note that photos of outfits are not allowed until the final fitting...which is somewhat of a challenge if you are trying to plan ahead, but understand that people steal design ideas without committing to buy....hence why the rule. Staff are friendly and helpful and really know their stuff!
I went there today to fit and buy a graduation gown ,their service was top notch. I felt so welcomed and they helped me to get what I wanted . Thank you so much

They have a beautiful range of dresses in various styles and sizes as I am falling more in the plus size range. They are even willing to make me a dress or do alterations. The staff is friendly and professional
A great selection of wedding dresses, suits and evening dresses! There is also a selection of accessories and ties to choose from. Very friendly and professional staff. Only wish we could have taken photos in the dresses, but it's not allowed.

Friendliest staff and the owners, thank you for your friendly assistance Leatitia. They have a wonderful range of wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, suits for grooms and groomsmen, mother of the bride dresses, small gift ideas. Prices are affordable to rent or buy. Highly recommended.
I had a really bad experience. I made an appointment for 11:00 they insisted that the fitting fee must be paid before they make the appointment, which i did...I had to wait 30min before i could fit dresses, because they were assisting someone without an appointment first. They asked for my dress size when i made the appointment, but they didn't even have 1 dress that fitted me. What they advertise on Facebook and what they have in store are 2 different things, they did not have 1 dress in store that they advertise. Their dresses are very old fashioned and the staff didn't even smile, it seemed like they did not want to help me. I was really disappointed in their store and their service. Very unorganized. I would not recommend them at all.
Today we had an appointment at 11:00am. We got to the boutique and waited a couple of minutes but no one seemed to be inside.. we then rang the bell a couple of times, called them and even tried calling out to see if anyone would come but no one showed. We therefore decided to leave.. after we got back home we still hadn't gotten a message or call back from them so I decided to send a message saying that they were very unprofessional seen as they knew they had an appointment at 11:00. After a while of chatting with the lady on WhatsApp she started to get rude and I therefore decided to make this comment to make sure that everyone knows that wedding bells is am unprofessional, rude place and I wouldnt recommend anyone going there seen as they didnt want any customers.
