Absolutely amazing Venue, the warm welcome, humble Burger Family are amazing hosts, exceptional day, educational stories shared with exquisite wine, pared with delicious food created by Chef Tiaan,all with a few of the Boks Legands, all around the same table, Oom Schalk, Mommy Burger, and Tiaan Burger really make you feel as part of their family. Absolutely I must visit, and not to leave out the real owners of the Estate, the fur Babies that only but added to the homely comfort. We will be back, and will keep extended my experience that I was spoilt with today

Was at the Steve Hofmeyr concert...beautiful farm beautiful view amazing 5 star experience.

Drove all the way out to the farm on a Friday around mid day. When we got there, the sign at the tasting venue read "OPEN". Pushed the door open to enter, and the burglar alarm goes off. So I went to the restaurant to find out - perhaps the person working there went out for a few minutes. He called Christiaan, who mentioned that he is "away for the weekend". Sorry for us. What a joke - either you're open during the hours listed on your website, or you can decide to "open by appointment". Poor show from the Schalk Burger team :

Great wine farm. What great staff they have on the farm. Owners are fantastic legends of the area and do a lot for the community

Had an amazing time here! Saw two of the cutest, most curious Meerkats who wanted to join in the fun with the wedding guests. Great views, beautiful venue and brilliant service!

Beautiful venue & stunning views, if you are lucky enough, you will spot two cute Meerkats enjoying the wine farm as well.

Excellent family owned winery with quality wines and great ambience.

Prime Circle, Mothers Day concert was awesome.
