Wentzel M Attorney

I arrived there and after I got in I shot straight to the receptionist, she was on the phone and instructed me to sit down. About 5 minutes later I realise that she's actually on a personal phone call and is not even prepared to help me anytime soon. So I stand up and walk out the door, when I reach the gate I realise that it's locked and she has to open for me. I go back inside, I stand by the door and ask "can you open the gate for me please?", she starts pretending to care and ask what I need help with. I asked if they deal with certain cases and she says yes but says I should explain exactly what happened, I do that. I ended up not given an appointment in order to consult a professional attorney.
