West Deep Level Mine Caltonville

It was a bit hot down there, but I got a cracking tan. The food is a bit naff but that's to be expected. Accomodation wasn't up to scratch and the staff were pretty filthy. All said and done, the beach was alright.

My late father used to work here in the 70s. He proudly talked about his experience here. We even named one of our oxen after the mine.

Working at Tau Tona and loving it. The company takes good care of us all and learned us a lot...
