Wide range of plastic products at good prices. Other products like cuttlery, some food stuffs like nuts sweets also available at very good prices. This goes for their cleaning products as well. They offer s wide variety of non plastic products. It is a big store.
Eventhough West Pack is an awesome place to shop, this shop is not so great. The air con hasn't been working for weeks and it feels like you are doing shopping in an oven!! Where I would normally walk through all the isles, I now couldn't wait to get out off the shop. Also some of the items doesn't have any price tags which makes it a pain in the butt as you have to go ask them for prices the whole time, especially with the aircon crisis.
Always a pleasure visiting my local West pack store.Management & Staffing very helpful.
Staff was friendly and helpful but the shopping experience in the shop was dreadful and very unpleasant due to extreme heat and aircon that is not working. This needs to change by the management of the mall as it will give Westpack a bad name.

Fridges was empty, no cool drinks available. No air conditioning, store was way to hot.
Bad experience shopping there so hot everytime you go into that shop almost unbearable
