A really big variety of kitchen, stationery, storage containers, toys, pet beds and lots lots more. Very reasonable prices, especially when buying in bulk. You'll end up buying more than you planned for, because they have so much cool stuff!

So I wanted one small plastic 200ml cream container for cream I had. However the workers there were extremely rude to me and insisting that I can only get it if I buy a 6 pack. I would of appreciated it more if they could of assisted me in a nicer manner instead of telling me "come back tomorrow when you decide to take the whole 6 pack" was extremely rude to me.

My favourite shop, love to walk through all the isles, and always spend more, as I "want" it, not "need" it! Love keeping my kitchen organized and cereal holder works perfect and cost only R99 each on special!

West Pack Lifestyle Centre is actually a great family outing while doing some shopping for the home and garden. They have a wide range of products and cater for things like art, home and garden, pets, books, food etc. Prices for goods are generally a little higher than usual but you pay for convenience. The centre is wheelchair friendly.

Kobus, you are a customer's dream. Knowledgeable,  patient  and willing to go the extra mile. To the staff that helped me with my purchase, rubber matting, thank you for your enthusiasm and top customer service. A most enjoyable shopping experience at Westpac Lifestyle Randburg.

Good experience . staff helpful... But I would have expexed West Pack to have in stock Plastic  numbers and letters all sizes  for Houer use, poat boxes etc. Flexible tough stick on numbers and letters.. Thanks .

Westpack lifestyle is always fantastic to visit. You always find great bargains and great items. Kids love going here to view new toys and stationery.  Always find great kitchen gagets and storage containers. Reasonably priced detergents that you can buy in bulk. Wide variety of doggie items too. Love that there's a food lovers there, makes it so convenient to shop at more than one store in one location.

Excellent service.  I was greeted by all staff members.  It really made my shopping experience a pleasant outing.  Rodriguez was extremely helpful.

Example of how a company should be run. Friendly,  efficient and always professional staff with management on the floor engaging with customers. Makes shopping a pleasure

Wow the management team is pathetic. They left us waiting there for 10 minutes and then left. We needed a second authorisation from them that took a further 10 minutes. Store was not even busy. They don't even talk to you when they show up late. They have no interest in their customers.
