The staff is very friendly. They have buffet for breakfast and so far it’s the best buffet I’ve had in a small town bnb. There’s lots of variety in terms of food. The rooms are clean and smell good. There’s also extra blankets for the winter season. A kitchen and braai area for those who prefer to make their own food.

My church mates have been happy since they arrived regardless of the power cuts due to the low power in Ermelo but, they really enjoyed themselves and I also did.. Being at peace, clean areas.. And being free in your accommodation.. Thank you soooo much.. I will come one day somewhere in May to meet you.. Thank you for everything you've done for me.. I really appreciate it once again.. Located across an empty field, @21 West Street, quiet area. Near filling station and antique shop/coffee shop combination. 40 rooms sleeping 2 persons each. Rooms have huge glass sliding doors and full length curtains. Neat 2 bed sleeping room, with TV, kettle etc. En suite toilet and shower. Small bar with 1/4 size pool table. Coffee lounge. 24/7 front desk service and security. Gates remote controlled. Board room also serves as dining room. Serves interesting meals.
Pretty good place; service was good, their rooms were good and they've got a lot of other bunch of stuff to keep you entertained and active.
I always enjoy my stay there..Senzo and Amar are very kind and go out of their call of duty to assist me whenever i need help.Keep up the good work guys ..you guys excel in sinobuntu and Customer satisfaction .The only thing im unhappy about is the gas geysers i know the owner opted for going green but for an area like Ermelo which is most of the time very cold the gas geyser its not an option.My preference is a room using electric geyser
What an amazing place to stay, very nice guest house in a lovely setting, reasonable price. We arrived in Wet Inn Ermelo on 5 January 2020 checked out on 31 January 2020. The place is very peaceful, warm and friendly. the staff is super amazing from the gardener to the waiters to the front of house staff. Beautiful rooms, well maintained. Would recommend the West Street Inn couples and families. Thank you Bianca, the way you handled yourself on the when I first make contact with the guesthouse is the reason we even consider to book there. Thank you Christelle for adding a special touch and extras to our stay. You are the best in Ermelo We will definitely come back over and over again
