very poor telephonic skills. phone 5 times asking to be put threw to Sales to get a price on Cisco sfp fibre components. put from pillar to post. A once professional company has Kids operating there front line

The staff and training facilitators are well informed and knowledgeable. Had a Cisco training , so much guidance from Pertunia and other training coordinators. Its a One Stop shop for all your IT needs, a place to network and collaborate with other SMMEs, oh and their "Wednesday bar sessions"
