Was told the parts would take 3-5 days. Waited almost a month for our parts and no one is taking responsibility. Once the parts arrived they Marius/Nathan didn’t order the correct parts. This was especially frustrating since there was no communication whatsoever. We had to keep calling to find out about the status of the parts. If only they would’ve given our money back we could’ve got the parts elsewhere, but that was also not an option. Ordering parts from this branch is going to cost you a lot of downtime and frustrations. Rather get your parts at Goldwagen!
Terrible experience with the sales process of a New Car. Our Sales person, Keith was extremely inexperienced and would not recommend going to him. The Dealer Principle, Jehane, is a very accommodating and friendly person to talk to. He went out of his way to make our experience better and retain us as a client.
Never ever buy a car or parts from them they will take ur money and after 2 months tell u that u can't have the part
Just called to book a service and was told they will call me back......should they not be able to do the booking with you or are they just useless and don't want to help. I'm very frustrated
