Great customer service! Tristan was so helpful in helping me sort out the mistakes I made on my online order. I cancelled my order due to me being unsure about the size of the suit I ordered. I got refunded within a day. I called them for advice and Tristan was running around to try and find the perfect fit for me. I highly recommend using them. They help you find the perfect wetsuit for you and they have so many options. Will definitely only be purchasing from them in the future!  *EDIT* I made sure about my size and went back and purchased a wetsuit. The delivery was quick and easy. Absolutely in love with my new suit!

My entire experience with Wetsuit Warehouse Kalk bay & Fish-hoek has been outstanding. I ordered a Roxy wetsuit and I was updated the same day that it had left for delivery. I received it the next day, all the way in Knysna. I needed to go a size down, so sent it back to them, and before they had even gotten the return they sent off my new size. I was communicated with the whole time. Best service I have had in a long time. Highly recommend.

First time visiting and defos won’t be the last! Excellent and super friendly service from Jacques and Jeremy. So many options and epic prices too - needed one suit but two will do too! Pop by if you’re visiting Kalk Bay! Christmas came early! Boom!

The shop has a great verity of diffrent items from pencil cases to wetsuits and swimwear, the employee Zack was great help and talked about the pros of the items and was nice and friendly and was calm when I asked for different designs or if they have an other item in stock. The shop has a good vibe, I don't know why the other shops ain't like that but ja. Great experience.

I have purchased 2 wetsuits here this year. The first time we had a real miserable sales person, the second a super friendly and helpful guy. Wish I could remember his name to give him a shout out. Landed up buying 2 further items during the second shopping experience. Let this be a lesson to all retail owners. Get rid of the unfriendly staff. Thanks guys for a great shop with a huge selection of suits.

I've visited the shop a few times since we moved into the area 6 months ago and I've been impressed every time. Lots of choice, competitive prices and best of all, great service from the young people that work here. Not one of them has made this 50plus year old woman feel like she is in the 'wrong shop' .

What a great customer experience with Wetsuit Warehouse ! I live on the Garden Route and after a frustrating search to find a specific type of wetsuit, never mind in my size, and dealing with unknowledgeable staff and poor stock levels, I stumbled across wetsuitewarehouse.co.za based in Kalk Bay, Cape Town. From an unexpected after hours reply to my email, from the owner himself, that was friendly yet to the point, with all the exact info and links I required to make a decision, to my follow up call to them the next day, to the placing and payment of my order online, and finally to the delivery experience itself, I was blown away. Needless to say, it is the only place from which I will buy a wetsuit in future. Pricing and advice was first class. Thanks Jeremy and Connor.

Utterly useless. Their website is impossible to work. I am surprised that they make any sales at all.
