Weyers Country Meats

So disappointed. This is our usual butcher, plus we buy other items from them. I won't go back after nearly five years of shopping there. Received absolutely no interaction at the till on my visit, whole transaction was done without any acknowledgement, no please, thank you or greeting. Surprise, surprise, they were too busy talking to a colleague standing at the next till. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely the best quality meats presented in the absolute best manner. Fantastic staff! Wonderful shopping experience.

On Thursday 10 Dec i purchased 3 items. My home is about 6 min drive from the butcher, it was also raining so the meat that was off cant be due to my part keeping it out of the fridge. The sausage and the thops was fine but the Rib eye steaks were completely off. They are sold in sealed bags and the expiration date was 19/12/2020 When i called the store the next day i was not assisted. Ive been a loyal customer since 2014 when we moved here, but in future i will take my bussiness elsewhere. I can provide a detail tracker report on my movements to prove that exposure didnt happen on my part. The person that assisted me when i tried to call was extremely unprofessional.

Great range of quality meat products, dry wors and biltong is superb. Friendly, helpful staff. Price wise not always the cheapest, however the quality is the best and is my No 1 stop for our meat products.
