What a wonderful pub! We were a family group of 11 arriving for pre booked Sunday Lunch. The food was perfect, generous portions, beautifully presented, both hot and fresh. The staff were very welcoming, they were attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our get together so nice. Please support this pub!

Had a lovely meal here today, we took my elderly parents and the staff were so accomadating and kind. We will definitely be back next time we are visiting.

A lovely Sunday lunch and birthday celebration. The food was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. Thank you all.

The ravioli starter was a tin of basics ravioli with cheese, the roast potatoes were greasy reheated and tasteless. The food in general tasted like it had been in the fridge too long. Unseasoned, microwaved tinned mush. A rethink if the kitchen is desperately needed The staff were pleasant and efficient. Do not eat here

Quiet peaceful place to eat. 14 of us. My food delicious. Big steak. Cooked perfect. Others said food not to good.

The food served here is always delicious and the portions are generous.

Lunchtime - very good value specials at £10 and also a good varied selection on main menu.

Nice friendly pub very clean bar staff lovely, great food & to top it off you get to meet frank the white boxer
