I called today the 2nd February around 14h55. The lady was very dismissive and told my she doesn't sell anything for Africans. But guess what, I once bought a wig from them for R2500..she didn't even want to know much . Extremely dismissive

Good experience! Professional and knowledgeable staff with compassion. Products are expensive, but there are some sale and discontinued hairpieces available at affordable prices.

Very poor customer service and communication. They don't seem interested in their business. You have to make an enquiry about the product you want, you can't just purchase it immediately. But they never respond when you want to purchase the product.

It's a really cozy shop with all your wig related needs. Beautiful garden. A bit slow to letting us in the building. But very helpful and friendly
